Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mochii! We want you and your little one to love every purchase.

Returns

• If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
• Shipping is covered for returns due to damaged or faulty items, but not for change of mind.
• How to Return 
  Contact us at support@mochii.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  
• We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  
• Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
